Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–6 business days. Orders aren't processed on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, and we'll email you if your order is significantly delayed.

Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Our products ship from different warehouses, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all US orders.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 1–3 business days to start updating.

Lost, damaged, or late packages
If your package arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived well past the estimated delivery date, email us at support@kitchenclarity.store with your order number and we'll work with you to make it right.
